The Role • Responsible for the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Fulfill the role of "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" (Manager HWK), overseeing technical and operational aspects, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing daily operations. • Provide excellent customer service from order acceptance to vehicle handover. • Manage invoicing, customer payments, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, oversee inventory management, and ensure audit-related standards and corrective actions are met. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with preferred experience as a vehicle mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undergo the required examination for "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" or possess this qualification already. • A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and proficiency in PC and administrative tasks. • Demonstrated strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and foster trusting, equal partnerships. What's On Offer • Starting salary of at least €3,200 gross per month (full-time) for those with vocational training, with part-time options available. • An additional €300 gross per month as a functional management allowance, plus supplements for additional responsibilities. • Annual vacation pay (€1,062 gross) and Christmas bonus (€1,062 gross). • 30 days of annual leave, plus special leave for exceptional occasions and the possibility of a sabbatical.
