The Role • Lead service technicians in the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including ADAS calibration. • Assume operational responsibility for the service center, ensuring adherence to company standards and efficient daily operations. • Provide excellent customer service from initial contact through to vehicle handover. • Manage order processing, invoicing, and customer fund handling. • Oversee quality assurance, inventory management, and audit compliance. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with ideally several years of professional experience (e.g., as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist). • Willingness to undergo a proficiency test or already hold operational management qualifications. • Possess a valid Class B driver's license and strong German language skills, with PC proficiency. • Demonstrated customer and service orientation, coupled with strong communication skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, fostering trust and collaboration.
