We're hiring on behalf of Germany's leading experts in vehicle glass repair and replacement, known for their extensive network of service centers and mobile units across the country. The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of Operations Manager (HWK), overseeing technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning.
• Provide customer service from order intake to vehicle return, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and organize incoming orders.
• Implement quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with audit standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, preferably with several years of experience.
• Experience as a Master Automotive Technician, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Automotive Mechanic, or Bodywork Technician.
• Willingness to complete the necessary certification for Operations Manager (HWK), or already possess this qualification.
• A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency.
• Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and with a high degree of trust and collaboration.
