The Role • Perform vehicle glass repairs and replacements, including the calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the role of Operations Manager, overseeing technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning. • Provide customer service from order intake through to vehicle handover, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the processing of incoming orders. • Execute quality assurance measures, inventory management, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade and ideally several years of professional experience, particularly as a master automotive technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to complete the required certification or already be a certified Operations Manager. • A valid Class B driver's license, strong German language skills, and proficiency in PC operations and administrative tasks. • Excellent customer and service orientation, coupled with strong communication skills. • Proven ability in teamwork, independent work, and collaborative partnerships.
