The Role

• Utilize a structured, 10-step sales process, enhanced by AI coaching, to guide prospects through identifying needs and closing deals.
• Educate potential clients on how the company's products fill gaps in traditional health coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within a supportive team environment, fostering collaboration and shared success.
• Focus on client acquisition and relationship management, with marketing, lead generation, and operations handled by back-office support.
What You'll Need
• A strong work ethic and a desire to control your income potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
• A self-starting attitude, with a willingness to learn and embrace a proven sales system and AI-driven training.
• Comfort with professional travel within a designated territory from Monday to Thursday.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• No prior insurance experience required; comprehensive training and licensing support are provided.
