Senior IT Project Manager / Business Analyst - Healthcare

Note: This is a Remote job, would prefer someone in New England or close to get onsite.

Has to spend some time onsite to begin with but could eventually be remote - would be nice to be onsite to build relationships, do working sessions, build a new process, etc.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead healthcare technology initiatives from project intake and requirements gathering through implementation and go-live.

This role combines strong IT Project Management and Business Analysis responsibilities. The successful candidate will manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, stakeholders, and deliverables while also providing hands-on expertise in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, process improvement, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience leading healthcare IT projects from initiation through implementation and go-live.
• Strong hands-on Business Analysis experience, including:
• Requirements gathering
• Process mapping
• Workflow analysis
• Gap analysis
• Functional requirements documentation
• UAT and testing
• Experience working directly with clinical, healthcare, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare technology environments.
• Demonstrated project management experience involving scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
