Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong insurance domain experience to lead technology programs and coordinate cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate will have strong project governance skills, experience working with vendor and onshore/offshore teams, and a solid understanding of insurance products and operations.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience delivering technology programs.

• Insurance domain experience is required.

• Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and operations.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional technology delivery.

• Experience managing multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.

• Experience coordinating vendor, onshore, and offshore teams.

• Strong project governance and delivery discipline.

• Experience with RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).

• Experience maintaining action and decision logs.

• Strong dependency and risk management skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to create concise, leadership-ready project updates and status reports.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to insurance platforms such as:

  • Guidewire

  • Duck Creek

  • EIS

  • Similar insurance platforms

• Experience delivering supplemental or voluntary benefits.

• Experience with Worksite programs.

• Experience working in insurance technology transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology programs within the insurance domain.

• Coordinate multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.

• Manage vendor, onsite, and offshore resources.

• Establish and maintain project governance processes.

• Track risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).

• Maintain action and decision logs and ensure timely follow-up.

• Identify delivery risks and dependencies and develop mitigation plans.

• Provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive action items to closure.

• Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and timelines remain on track.

• Operate independently and proactively resolve project delivery challenges.

The ideal candidate is a senior technology Project Manager with 8+ years of experience and strong insurance domain expertise, who has successfully managed complex programs involving multiple workstreams, vendors, and distributed teams.
