Global Computer Operations Support Analyst (COSA-G) Salary Range: $85,000-$110,000 annually
Location: Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, Colorado
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts supporting 24x7 operations
Clearance: Active TS/SCI required
Certification: Active DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II or higher required POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a Global Computer Operations Support Analyst to support mission-critical Space Domain Awareness and Space Defense operations at the Missile Defense Integration and Operations Center.

The selected candidate will monitor, operate, and sustain global mission and training systems in a 24x7 environment. The role provides first-level customer support and troubleshoots hardware, software, networks, data flows, and connectivity with internal and external organizations. This position is on-site at Schriever Space Force Base and requires rotating 12-hour shifts supporting continuous operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Monitor, operate, and sustain global mission and training systems.

• Provide first-level technical and customer support.
• Troubleshoot UNIX, Linux, and Windows systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and data flows.
• Coordinate with internal and external organizations to establish and restore network connectivity.
• Monitor system availability and operational data flows.
• Document and report system events, outages, and technical issues.
• Support real-world mission, training, and test events.
• Assist with user-account maintenance under the direction of the local Information Systems Security Officer.
• Use basic Bash scripting to support system operations and troubleshooting.
• Use Confluence and Jira to document issues, activities, and operational status.
• Perform other duties supporting continuous mission operations. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• A Secret clearance without SCI does not satisfy this requirement.
• Active DoD 8570/8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher.
• Security+ CE, CySA+, or another active certification meeting the IAT Level II or higher requirement.
• Ability to maintain the required certification throughout employment.
• Zero to three years of related computer operations, systems administration, network administration, or technical-support experience.
• Experience or technical familiarity with UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, connectivity, and data flows.
• Experience or familiarity with Active Directory.
• Basic Bash scripting knowledge.
• Ability to document and track technical issues using Confluence and Jira.
• Ability to work on-site at Schriever Space Force Base.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts supporting a 24x7 operation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with C2BMC or comparable missile-defense systems.

• Experience supporting Space Domain Awareness or Space Defense operations.
• Linux certification such as Linux+, RHCSA, Linux Essentials, or LPIC-1.
• Experience working in a DoD watch floor, operations center, network operations center, or comparable mission environment.
• Active Directory administration experience.
• Experience coordinating network connectivity with external organizations. WORK LOCATION AND SCHEDULE This position is located on-site at the Missile Defense Integration and Operations Center at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, Colorado 80912. The selected candidate must work rotating 12-hour shifts supporting 24x7 operations. Specific shift assignments are determined by mission requirements.
