We're searching for a dedicated Cloud Help Desk Specialist ready for a long-term role with a Mid company focused on Help Desk, Break/Fix, & Desktop Support!

What You Will Do:
Your day-to-day will include:

• Tier 1 - Tier 3, + Desktop Support, hand holding a User Base in a small 3 person team as primary Help Desk Support
• MUST HAVE ULTRA SHARP PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION!
• MUST HAVE GOOGLE WORKSPACE EXPERIENE !!
• Cloud, Intune, AutoPilot, M365 / O365 / Active Directory
• Mac & Windows Support
• Google Workspace experience is REQUIRED
• Laptop Imaging & Automation! Volume laptop rollouts
• Hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, conference room, Zoom / Teams support
• Ticketing Management System experience
• Resolving High Volume of tickets
• Hybrid Active Directory: Password resets, account unlocks, access management

Must-Haves

• 1+ year professional experience
• MUST HAVE ULTRA SHARP PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION!
• Tier 1 - Tier 3 Help Desk experience
• Google Workspace - Google Platform support experience
• Solid Hardware & Software troubleshooting skills
• Citrix
• M365 & Azure

Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in desktop support, service desk, or a similar IT support role.
Hands-on experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure support and Microsoft Intune administration.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, and fundamental networking concepts.
Strong troubleshooting ability with the confidence to manage issues independently and prioritize effectively.
