Residential Roofing Sales Pro to meet with homeowners, inspect roofs, present solutions, and close high-value residential roofing projects. This is not a cold-calling role. Our team provides company-generated leads and scheduled homeowner appointments.

What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
Inspect roofs and identify repair or replacement needs
Present roofing solutions and project estimates
Educate homeowners on their options
Follow the Honest Abe Roofing sales process
Manage follow-up through the CRM
Coordinate with production after the sale
Represent the brand professionally in the field
Work some evenings and Saturdays as needed
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of sales experience
In-home sales experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners
Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working independently in the field
Organized and consistent with follow-up
Willingness to learn roofing, products, pricing, and process
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
Ability to pass background check and drug screening, if required
Compensation
This is a performance-based sales role with uncapped commission potential.

The posted compensation range of
$75,000 to $150,000 per year reflects realistic first-year earnings for successful Roofing Advisors. Top performers can earn more. This role is best for someone who wants the upside of commission sales and is willing to follow a proven process, stay accountable, and consistently convert scheduled appointments into sold projects.
