About the Role

What You'll Do
Customer Engagement
Meet directly with homeowners to introduce Midcon Exteriors' roofing and gutter products and services. Build rapport and establish trust through professional and personalized interactions. Conduct needs assessments to understand each homeowner's roofing and exterior improvement needs. Sales & Consultations
Present customized roofing and gutter solutions based on customer needs. Clearly explain the value and benefits of our products and services. Answer customer questions and address concerns with confidence and professionalism.

Guide homeowners through the sales process from consultation to signed agreement. Full-Cycle Sales Management
Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing sales. Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM tools. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an active sales pipeline. Consistently work toward achieving individual sales goals. Compensation
This is a performance-based sales opportunity with strong earning potential.
