Position Overview
We are hiring high-performance Sales Closers who can confidently take opportunities from inspection to signed contract
. This is a full-cycle role
— you’ll run appointments, knock doors, inspect roofs, present solutions, and close deals. We provide the leads, systems, and mentorship
— your results are up to you.

What You’ll Do
Run in-home sales appointments with company-provided leads
Canvass neighborhoods and door knock around leads and storm areas
Perform roof inspections
(training provided)
Present solutions and educate homeowners on roofing and insurance options
Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to close
Maintain pipeline and follow-ups using CRM
Consistently hit performance targets ( 35%+ close rate expectation
)
Collaborate with production to ensure smooth project execution
Represent Gikas Roofing with professionalism and integrity

Ability to climb roofs and lift 50+ lbs
