Skills, and Abilities

• Technical Skills: Strong hands-on software development experience with Node.js and PL/SQL, including backend services, RESTful APIs, system integrations, complex SQL, stored procedures, packages, functions, data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Testing: Apply a test-first mindset and use automated, unit, integration, functional, end-to-end, regression, user acceptance, and production-readiness testing to validate software, integrations, calculations, reports, extracts, and payment results.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to critically analyze and decompose complex technical requirements. Strong problem-definition, requirements-elicitation, impact-analysis, and solution-design skills.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Capable of presenting ideas clearly and effectively.
• Teamwork and Leadership: Collaborative and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Proven ability to mentor, guide, and work effectively with both offshore and onsite teams.
• Innovation and Creativity: Ability to think innovatively, present alternative solutions, and demonstrate creativity in problem-solving and application design.
• Agile: Experience thriving in Agile environments with evolving requirements.
• Self-Motivation: Highly responsible, self-directed, and team-oriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to take ownership of complex assignments.
• This role requires expertise in application integration and data engineering, with a strong focus on incentive compensation platforms, payroll-related data flows, and enterprise reporting.
