Oracle HCM Analyst

We are seeking an Oracle HCM Analyst to join a collaborative team supporting a recently implemented Oracle HCM environment. This is an opportunity to become a key contributor during a critical stabilization and optimization phase, working directly with business stakeholders to improve processes, solve problems, and enhance the user experience.

What You'll Do
Support and optimize Oracle HCM modules in a recently implemented environment. Partner with HR and business leaders to gather requirements and recommend solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues. Assist with system enhancements, configurations, workflows, forms, and templates. Collaborate with senior analysts and business stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives. Help mature and stabilize enterprise HR processes and Oracle capabilities. Serve as a trusted resource for end users and functional stakeholders. What We're Looking For

Strong Oracle HCM Expertise
4+ years of Oracle HCM experience. Deep understanding of Oracle HCM functionality, processes, and best practices. Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
2. Collaborative Team Player
Strong listening and communication skills. Comfortable taking direction, partnering with senior team members, and contributing positively to team dynamics. Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with functional and technical stakeholders.
3. Business Partnership Mindset
Experience working directly with HR and business users.
