Lead Java Full Stack AWS Engineer

Pay Range: $45.00hr - $50.00hr Job Overview: The organization is seeking a Java Technical Lead with expertise in Java Fullstack and AWS technologies, including Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, ReactJS/Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3, AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, SQL/NoSQL databases, JUnit/Mockito, Agile/Scrum, system design, and technical leadership.

Preferred Skills: AWS Certification, Terraform, CloudFormation, and Kafka. Event-Driven Architecture, Client , Dynatrace, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, and SonarQube. DevSecOps, performance tuning, cloud migration, solution architecture, stakeholder management, mentoring, and Financial Services/Insurance domain experience.

Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using Java Full Stack technologies and AWS Cloud. Provide technical leadership to development teams by defining best practices, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to architectural standards. Design and develop scalable microservices and REST APIs using Spring Boot and related frameworks. Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using ReactJS or Angular. Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Drive DevOps adoption through CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment automation. Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability through proactive design and monitoring. Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis and resolution. Mentor and coach developers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, and release management activities. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for business challenges.
