The Role

• Drive new business growth and exceed sales quotas in an assigned territory.
• Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and present tailored service proposals for uniform rental, floor care, and facility solutions.
• Develop and close multi-year service agreements with business clients.
• Maintain accurate client information and activity in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for uniform rental, industrial supply, or similar services.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing the full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to embrace coaching and feedback.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
