The Role

• Prospect new business opportunities and manage assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and assess customer needs.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations for pest prevention and control solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with commercial clients by providing effective and innovative solutions.
• Utilize provided tools, including an iPad with sales software, to prepare agreements and manage sales activities.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Sales or customer relationship management experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions and maintain physical ability for inspections.
• A service-oriented mindset focused on building customer loyalty and trust.
