THIS IS A FUNCTIONAL JDE HCM CONSULTANT WITH STRONG EXPERIENCE IN PAYROLL MODULE.
JDE HR/Payroll Consultant:
The JDE HR/Payroll Consultant is responsible for providing functional and technical support for the JD Edwards Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll modules. This role supports ongoing payroll operations, benefits administration, system configuration, compliance updates, and year-end processing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
·       Provide day-to-day support for JD Edwards HCM, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
·       Manage payroll configuration and maintenance, including pay codes, PDBA setup, and payroll calendars.
·       Support annual year-end payroll processing and compliance activities.
·       Implement payroll adjustments related to union agreements, pay rule changes, escalations, and regulatory requirements.
·       Configure and maintain payroll rules to support Calendar Year 2027 updates and ongoing business needs.
·       Troubleshoot system issues, perform testing, and ensure the accuracy of payroll calculations and related processes.
·       Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to support business operations and continuous system improvements.

Desired Experience:
·       Strong experience with JD Edwards HCM and Payroll modules.
·       Hands-on knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, PDBA configuration, and pay rule setup.
·       Experience supporting year-end payroll activities and complex payroll environments, including union payroll requirements.
·       Ability to analyze business requirements and implement system configurations to meet organizational needs.
