Used by more than 650 MEP contractors across North America, including a number of the industry's largest fabrication and prefab operations, they are defining the next generation of CAD, PDM, and MES software for the construction trades.\n\nRole Overview\nYou'll own onboarding and implementation for the company's largest Shop and Fabrication accounts, rolling out its Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software for shop operations - covering everything from publishing design data and managing work orders to task routing, labour tracking and reporting, fabrication support to the work cells (including machines), and field requisitions and receiving.\n\nThis role is built around change management rather than one-off training: new workflows only stick when VDC, shop management, and shop floor users are aligned and re-trained until the habit holds.

You'll be the primary point of contact guiding customers from kickoff through to full adoption.\n\nWhere you will make a difference\n\n Own Shop and Fabrication onboarding end-to-end for enterprise accounts, keeping VDC, shop management, and shop floor users aligned from kickoff through adoption.\n Train users on bending tools for both Traditional and Automated Bending customers, partnering closely with the machine onboarding specialist.\n Travel regularly (50%+) to client sites to ensure the software moves from the VDC team to the shop floor in a repeatable, scalable way.\n Work closely with Product Managers to translate customer feedback into new features and improvements.\n Act as an internal advocate for customers, feeding insights back to Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.\n Document implementation workflows, training materials, and best practices to build scalable onboarding playbooks.\n\n\nWho you are\n\n Hands-on experience with an MES or MRP system, whether as a user, in customer success, or in an implementation role.\n Experience with change management or multi-stakeholder implementations, not just one-off user training.\n Strong communication skills, comfortable working across both technical and non-technical audiences.\n Willingness to travel to client sites regularly (50%+).\n Background in electrical construction, with enough trade fluency to speak credibly with shop and VDC stakeholders (preferred).\n Experience onboarding customers onto an MES, with familiarity in SaaS or construction/VDC software such as Revit or MEP workflows (preferred).\n Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, ideally gained at a startup or fast-growing company (preferred).\n\n\nWhy It’s Worth a Look\n\n Shape how some of the industry's largest MEP contractors adopt modern fabrication technology, at a business scaling quickly across North America.\n Move from hands-on shop floor experience into the technology that is reshaping how construction gets built.\n Build the change-management playbook that will scale as this part of the business grows.\n Work directly with Product teams, translating real shop-floor feedback into new features.\n High-visibility, customer-facing role with genuine influence over both customer success and product direction.\n\n
