Senior Business Systems Analyst / Test Lead CPQ & CLM

Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Contract

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst / Test Lead to support a major Quote-to-Cash transformation involving PROS CPQ, Salesforce, Conga CLM, SAP, and enterprise integrations.

The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, owning business requirements and leading SIT, UAT, regression testing, and go-live validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements and conduct stakeholder workshops.
• Create user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between business requirements and system capabilities.
• Provide functional leadership for PROS CPQ and Conga CLM.
• Support product configuration, pricing/discounting, quote creation, approvals, and quote generation processes.
• Define and validate Conga CLM contract workflows, approvals, lifecycle processes, and CPQ-to-CLM handoffs.
• Support Salesforce Opportunity-to-Quote, account, customer data, and sales processes.
• Own testing strategy and governance across SIT, UAT, regression, and go-live validation.
• Create/review test cases and test data, coordinate testing teams, and manage defects.
• Support deployment readiness, go-live, and hypercare.
• Work with architecture and technical teams to validate integrations across Salesforce, PROS CPQ, Conga CLM, SAP, middleware, APIs, and data/reporting platforms.
• Validate data migration and integration results.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst experience.
• 3+ years of CPQ and/or CLM implementation experience.
• Strong experience with PROS CPQ highly preferred.
• Strong Conga CLM experience.
• Salesforce experience, particularly Opportunity-to-Quote processes.
• Proven experience leading UAT and enterprise testing programs.
• Experience with SIT, regression testing, defect management, and go-live validation.
• Experience with SAP integrations, APIs, middleware, and enterprise systems.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation / Quote-to-Cash initiatives.
• Experience working with large system integrators such as Deloitte, Accenture, etc. is highly preferred.
