Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst - Workplace Benefits Technology to join our Workplace Benefits Technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis within wealth management and workplace benefits, and a proven ability to drive functional and technical delivery for agile projects.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a hands-on business systems analyst supporting an agile delivery team in Workplace Benefits Technology.


• Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements and user stories.


• Partner with product owners, architects, and engineers to define scope, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.


• Drive functional and technical solutioning, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a technical business analyst.


• Demonstrated experience in Wealth Management domains.


• Proven ability to drive functional and technical delivery across project lifecycles.


• Agile business analysis experience, including backlog management and user story definition.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in Institutional Retirement or Workplace Benefits products, such as 401(k), Equity Awards, or ESPP.


• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment.

Additional Details:

• Start: ASAP.


• Onsite requirement: 3 days per week in Pennington, NJ.


• Glider: ID verification.
