Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect (B2B Commerce)
Location: Irvine, CA (4 days onsite/week)
Employment Type: Direct-hire
Compensation: $140,000 to 170,000 (based on experience) plus annual bonus

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect/System Analyst to partner with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and IT teams to drive enhancements, support operations, and optimize Salesforce-powered business processes.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business analysis expertise with hands-on Salesforce (B2B Commerce) platform knowledge and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting revenue-generating applications.

What You'll Do

• Support, analyze, and enhance Salesforce B2B Commerce, Sales Cloud, and Compliance-related platforms


• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, configurations, and technical solutions


• Serve as a key point of contact for platform support, issue resolution, and ongoing system optimization


• Partner with business stakeholders to improve workflows, user experience, and operational efficiency


• Document requirements, configurations, process flows, and technical solutions


• Lead and participate in UAT, regression testing, defect tracking, and release activities


• Support end-user adoption through training, communication, and ongoing system support


• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable business solutions

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of Business Analysis, Salesforce, or related IT application experience


• 5+ years supporting Salesforce B2B Commerce environments


• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and support


• Experience with application lifecycle and DevOps tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX, Change Sets, or similar technologies


• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions


• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills


• Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments


• Salesforce certifications are highly valued
