Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Engineers/Architects to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

Design and implement SAP financial solutions that address business requirements, support enterprise architecture standards, and improve financial processes across the organization.

Define functional requirements, system interactions, and integration needs across SAP components, subsystems, and interfaces to ensure consistent and reliable solution delivery.

Provide architectural guidance for SAP development, production issue resolution, system enhancements, and ongoing application improvements while ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to establish solution direction, manage deliverables and expectations, resolve issues, and support successful project implementation.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

6–9 years of experience in SAP FICO, including financial accounting, controlling, solution design, implementation, and enterprise application support. Experience managing client expectations and coordinating functional deliverables is required.

Technical Skills:

SAP FICO, SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI, Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), SAP Controlling (CO), SAP Fiori, SAP Solution Architecture, SAP Integration, Production Support

Business / Domain Skills:

Experience supporting enterprise financial management environments involving financial accounting, general ledger operations, accounts payable, cost management, and controlling processes.

Experience designing and enhancing enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs.

Experience aligning financial business requirements, accounting policies, reporting needs, and operational workflows with enterprise application capabilities.

Experience managing client expectations, coordinating functional deliverables, and collaborating with finance stakeholders, technical teams, and enterprise solution groups throughout implementation and support activities.

Communication:

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation:

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing and implementing SAP FICO solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments.

Strong knowledge of financial accounting, controlling, accounts payable, general ledger, and related enterprise financial processes.

Strong stakeholder management, solution design, communication, and problem-solving skills.
