Job Overview:

• Plan, control, and monitor resources regarding capacity, performance and quality for applications in the area of responsibility.
• Serve as the single point of contact for Business and IT departments in the area of responsibility.
• Oversee backlog management, release planning, and rollout plans.
• Review and approve work estimates.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and plans.
• Escalation management regarding tickets or general issues, set up alignment calls with customers.
• Participation in budget planning.
• Knowledge Management: creating and maintaining procedures for existing processes and documentation.
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospective sprint, and backlog refinement meetings.
• Create and maintain project documentation and specifications.
• Ensuring compliance based on internal and external regulations.
• Adhere to PMO process and compliance.
• Participate in Organization audits.
• Stakeholder Management and leadership reporting.
• Status reporting.
