Job Description:
 

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10–15 years of IT experience with strong exposure to healthcare domain
• Exposure to US Healthcare (Medicare / Medicaid programs)
• Proven experience as Project Manager / Program Manager with Technical Delivery ownership.
• Experience in Payer/Provider / Medicare / Medicaid environments preferred.
• Experience handling large-scale transformation programs / AMS engagements
• Strong expertise in Project Management / Program Management / Delivery Management
• Proven experience as Technical Delivery Lead for enterprise applications.
• Deep understanding of healthcare processes (Enrollment, Eligibility, Benefits, Claims Adjudication, Billing, Provider Management, compliance)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, integrations, and data standards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
