Our client is objective is to identify experienced Senior Project Managers who can immediately lead complex PeopleSoft Workforce Administration initiatives in a project delivery capacity.

Candidates must have both the demonstrated PeopleSoft HCM and Workforce Administration experience, along with the Project Management leadership needed to successfully execute these initiatives.

Candidates must demonstrate substantial experience leading enterprise PeopleSoft HCM projects from initiation through implementation.

This position is responsible for project execution, governance, planning, stakeholder management, and delivery. It is not a technical, configuration, development, or production support role.

They should understand the business processes and impacts of WFA projects without relying on technical or functional explanations.

Candidates should speak to projects they personally managed, the decisions they made, and the outcomes they achieved, rather than project management theory or textbook methodology.
