We are seeking a cleared Systems Engineer with military weapons systems experience in support of a systems engineering effort. The successful candidate will analyze, design and evaluate software based systems, components, and/or systems related to engineering and functional requirements of command and control systems and the associated support systems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Apply engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, and/or evaluate requirements for military weapons systems.

  • Review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.

  • Apply systems engineering experience to perform functions such as requirement elicitation, requirements management, requirements tracing, system integration, and configuration management.

  • Manage requirements and ensure traceability via COTS requirements management software.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience. Additional experience, training, and/or certifications may be considered in lieu of degree.

  • US Citizen; Currently possessing an active DoD Top Secret clearance with ability to upgrade to a TS/SCI clearance upon hire.

  • Strong knowledge of systems engineering or related technical or scientific field such as electrical, mechanical, electronics engineering, engineering, physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, operations research, engineering management, or computer science with 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or an engineering/science field supporting precision guided missile systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Systems Engineering Professional Accreditation.

  • Experience with requirements management tools (DOORS).

  • Experience with DODAF Architecture.

  • Experience working in an Agile Environment.

  • Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering

Pay Range:

Pay Range $107,900.00 - $195,050.00
