Description

Robert Half is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to support a high-volume portfolio of marketing initiatives and cross-functional campaigns in Portland, OR . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure to complex projects, and has experience managing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously from planning through execution.

Details:

• 6-month contract
• Hybrid (2+ days onsite in Portland)
• 40 hours/week
• $40-55/hour

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing multiple marketing projects and campaigns at once (end-to-end)
• Developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Identifying risks, removing roadblocks, and keeping projects on track
• Monitoring project health, progress, and delivery outcomes
• Supporting campaign planning, execution, and performance reviews

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Marketing project management experience required
• Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns (end- to-end)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity
• PMP or related certification is a plus
