Product Manager Benefits & Enrollment

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager with strong Health Benefits Administration experience to drive complex product initiatives in an Agile environment.

🔹 Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on Health Benefits Administration experience – REQUIRED

• Experience with Enrollment, Eligibility, Rates, Data Feeds, COBRA, and CDH

• Experience on the employer/benefits administration side, not just member-facing products

• Strong Agile Product Management and full SDLC experience

• Hands-on experience creating epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs

• Experience leading large, complex projects and collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders

• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and using AI tools to improve productivity

🔹 Nice to Have:

• API integrations and workflow experience

• UX research and cross-platform product integration
