Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Data Product Manager with strong expertise in data product strategy, AI/GenAI, product discovery, and 0-to-1 product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and business cases for data-centric products.

• Lead product discovery, stakeholder workshops, user interviews, and requirements gathering.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and functional AI-enabled proof of concepts.

• Lead AI agent prototyping, including tool integrations, orchestration, and evaluation.

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and solution architects to deliver scalable data products.

• Work with data technologies such as Databricks, AWS Glue, AWS DMS, or equivalent.

• Define product KPIs, monitor performance, and measure business value and ROI.

• Manage stakeholder communication, product adoption, and delivery priorities.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Data Product Management and 0-to-1 product delivery.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents.

• Knowledge of data platforms, data migration, and data pipeline development.

• Experience in product discovery, prototyping, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
