Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Sales IT Product Manager in Draper, UT.

Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and business-focused Product Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and optimization of technology products that support critical business operations. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that product investments align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable value. This individual will own product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and execution while driving continuous improvement and user adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align technology investments with business priorities
* Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand operational challenges, identify opportunities, and define product requirements
* Own the complete product lifecycle, from concept and planning through implementation, adoption, and ongoing enhancement
* Prioritize product initiatives, features, and enhancements based on business value, user needs, and strategic objectives
* Lead cross-functional collaboration among IT, business teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful product delivery
* Facilitate Agile product development processes, including backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and stakeholder reviews
* Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage
* Define success metrics and leverage data-driven insights to improve product performance and decision-making
* Drive user adoption through effective communication, change management, training support, and stakeholder engagement
* Ensure product documentation, processes, and knowledge resources remain accurate, organized, and accessible

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
* 4+ years of Product Management, Business Systems, Technology Management, or related experience
* Proven experience managing technology products, platforms, or business applications from concept through delivery
* Experience translating business requirements into product strategies, roadmaps, and actionable deliverables
* Hands-on experience working within Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decision-makers across the organization
* Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to leverage metrics and data to drive decisions
* Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while delivering results in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications:
* Product management certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or related credentials
* Experience supporting enterprise business applications, operational systems, or digital transformation initiatives
* Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party technology solutions
* Background working with ERP, CRM, supply chain, finance, or other enterprise technology platforms
* Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Productboard, or equivalent platforms

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
