Senior Snowflake Architect

1. Lead Snowflake architecture, strategy, design, implementation, and optimization across enterprise data initiatives.
2. Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Snowflake solutions.
3. Serve as a hands-on technical leader capable of designing, developing, troubleshooting, and delivering solutions.
4. Architect scalable Snowflake data platforms, including data models, pipelines, integrations, security, and governance.
5. Provide technical leadership for Snowflake development, performance tuning, workload management, and cost optimization.
6. Collaborate with business, data engineering, analytics, and application teams throughout solution delivery.
7. Establish Snowflake architecture standards, development best practices, governance frameworks, and technical documentation.
8. Mentor technical teams, conduct design and code reviews, and provide guidance on complex Snowflake implementations.
9. Communicate effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders while maintaining strong hands-on technical involvement.
10. Must be available during full U.S. business hours and comfortable owning both stakeholder engagement and technical execution.
