Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Manufacturing Business Systems Analyst who can partner directly with plant/manufacturing users, understand and configure manufacturing business processes, troubleshoot issues through the data/process level, and take true ownership from problem identification through resolution.

The ideal candidate brings a combination of hands-on JDE Manufacturing expertise, project leadership, and business process transformation experience. 

Top 3 Must-Haves

1. Deep JDE or SAP Manufacturing experience across core manufacturing processes such as MRP/planning, BOM, routings, production/work orders, shop floor and inventory.

1. For SAP candidates, this would typically include strong SAP PP experience, ideally with exposure to SAP MM and/or Product Costing.

2. Hands-on BSA experience with ERP configuration, troubleshooting/root cause analysis, requirements, testing and production support.
3. Strong plant-facing ownership and communication, including working directly with manufacturing users/leadership and owning issues through resolution.
4. Project management skills they can take a project from requirement gathering, specing , testing working with users to go live.

2 Nice-to-Haves

1. JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
2. Technical/techno-functional exposure to integrations, SQL/data analysis, reporting, automation or working closely with development teams.
