Experience

• 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with a background in aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated industries (Healthcare)
• Experience with MES, PLM, ERP, or Quality systems preferred (Solumina, Teamcenter, SAP ideal)

Requirements Management

• Facilitate workshops
• Elicit business requirements
• Create user stories
• Define acceptance criteria
• Maintain traceability from business requirement through testing and acceptance
• Support MVP scope decisions

Digital Thread Analysis: The BA should understand:

• Engineering requirements
• Teamcenter planning structures
• Manufacturing execution
• Inspection execution
• Quality records
• As-planned vs as-built traceability
• UUID traceability concepts

Integration Analysis: Participate in defining:

• Teamcenter → Solumina
• SAP → Solumina
• Quality data flows
• Defect data ownership
• Source-of-record decisions
• Interface requirements
