Job Title: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – CPQ & Billing Focus
Location:  Remote
Duration: Seeking a consultant who can fully commit to a long-term engagement.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ & Billing. This role is critical for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, with a primary focus on CPQ and Billing, which are essential for project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Partner with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and third-party vendors to implement and configure Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to identify pain points and propose system enhancements.
• Design and optimize processes for quoting, pricing, product bundling, order management, invoicing, and subscription billing.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and test cases.
• Perform system testing, UAT coordination, and post-deployment validation.
• Support change management, user training, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with data integrity, security standards, and internal governance.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a BSA or Functional Consultant in Salesforce ecosystems.
• Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ (mandatory).
• Proven experience with Salesforce Billing (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
• Experience with subscription-based business models, recurring revenue, and quote-to-cash processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
