JD Edwards Finance Business Analyst

Title : JDE Finance Business Analyst ---Specialization in Supply Chain, Direct Orders, Trading, and EDI

Location: White Plains/Prospect, NY ---Hybrid 3 days in a week ---Remote flexibility is offered for the remaining days.

We are seeking a highly skilled JDE Finance Business Analyst (BA) with deep expertise in JD Edwards Finance and Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Direct Orders and trading business operations, with a strong background in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and SQ9 is highly desirable. This is an onsite role requiring presence in the Tri-State area three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, design, and implement JD Edwards Finance and Supply Chain solutions, supporting business initiatives and process improvements.

Provide functional expertise for Direct Orders and trading business workflows, ensuring alignment with operational and financial requirements.

Lead and support EDI integrations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing data exchanges for accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Supply Chain, and Finance to gather requirements, document business processes, and deliver system enhancements.

Utilize RPA tools to automate manual processes, increasing efficiency and reducing error rates.

Leverage SQ9 knowledge to support reporting and analytics needs across finance and supply chain operations.

Conduct user training, create documentation, and provide ongoing support for JDE applications.

Participate in testing, upgrades, and rollout of new JDE modules or enhancements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a JDE Finance BA, with demonstrated expertise in supply chain modules.

Proven track record working with Direct Orders and trading business environments.

Extensive EDI experience, including mapping, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

Strong understanding of finance and supply chain business processes.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work onsite in the Tri-State area at least 3 days a week.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and implementation.

Knowledge of SQ9 for advanced reporting and analytics.

Previous involvement in trading and direct order business models.

Experience in project management or leading cross-functional teams.
