Epic PB/HB Analyst

Required Skills & Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of Epic PB/HB implementation and production support experience.
• Epic Resolute PB and HB certifications required.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Revenue Integrity, and payer workflows.
• Experience with Epic billing build, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Knowledge of charge capture, claims processing, reimbursement, payment posting, denials, and collections.
• Experience with Claims, Charging, and Reimbursement workflows.
• Strong workflow analysis and business requirements gathering experience.
• Experience with incident, problem, change, and release management.
• Production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis experience.
• Experience with Reporting Workbench, Radar, and Cogito reporting.
• Support Epic upgrades, enhancements, optimization, and deployment initiatives.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, HIM, Finance, Compliance, and other business teams.
• Maintain application documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Provide production support and end-user assistance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer workflows.
• Experience supporting large-scale Epic implementations and optimization projects.
