Job Description
Required Skills & Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of Epic PB/HB implementation and production support experience.
- Epic Resolute PB and HB certifications required.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Revenue Integrity, and payer workflows.
- Experience with Epic billing build, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Knowledge of charge capture, claims processing, reimbursement, payment posting, denials, and collections.
- Experience with Claims, Charging, and Reimbursement workflows.
- Strong workflow analysis and business requirements gathering experience.
- Experience with incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis experience.
- Experience with Reporting Workbench, Radar, and Cogito reporting.
- Support Epic upgrades, enhancements, optimization, and deployment initiatives.
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, HIM, Finance, Compliance, and other business teams.
- Maintain application documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Provide production support and end-user assistance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer workflows.
- Experience supporting large-scale Epic implementations and optimization projects.
