Job Title: OpenAI Platform Engineer

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Responsibilities:

• Org, workspace, and project boundaries mirroring the Anthropic topology where the platform permits, documented where it cannot
• SAML SSO with domain verification, and SCIM 2.0
• Harden RBAC and custom roles, IP allowlisting, retention, app enablement, and GPT Actions domain allowlisting
• Maintain the platform-parity gap register: every control OpenAI cannot match, with its compensating control

Must have:

• Current hands-on ChatGPT Enterprise administration: SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and compliance log export
• Has built an OpenAI Enterprise Compliance API integration into a SIEM or DLP platform
• Knows the workspace admin surface and platform.openai.com are distinct systems - conflating them creates real coverage gap
