Title: Cloud Engineer / SRE
Duration: 12- month contract
Location: SFO, CA - 3 days onsite 2 days remote
Contract type: W2 only
Networking, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, Multi Cloud
Job Duties:
Lead end-to-end customer Gateway deployment projects from planning through installation and activation.
Coordinate deployment planning and execution with internal and customer stakeholders.
Validate customer infrastructure readiness before deployment.
Verify networking, storage, and compute environments meet deployment requirements.
Perform end-to-end connectivity testing across SKAN stack components (VA, Portal, Gateway).
Ensure successful deployment and activation of Gateway solutions.
Manage technical transition from Development to Production environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure enterprise technical standards are met.
Create and maintain deployment documentation.
architecture diagrams and network configuration documentation.
Develop troubleshooting guides and deployment workflows.
Configure monitoring and logging solutions.
System health and proactively identify performance and stability issues.
Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and connectivity issues.
Coordinate production deployments while minimizing downtime.
Support deployment lifecycle activities and post-deployment validation.
