Description:

Mission: Build and harden the Claude Enterprise tenant across claude.ai, Claude Code, and Cowork, and wire its audit and analytics data into the client SIEM.

Responsibilities:

• Design parent and linked organization topology, workspace structure, prod/non-prod separation, and admin tiers
• Harden the console: connector enablement, export restrictions, retention and ZDR, IP allowlisting and network-level access control
• Stand up the Compliance API feed - Compliance Access Key reaches every endpoint; a Console Admin API key reaches the Activity Feed only
• Configure dual managed-settings delivery: server-managed for claude.ai users, plus a file or registry fallback for Bedrock-routed users

Must Have:

• Current hands-on Claude Enterprise admin at scale
• Has built a Compliance API or audit-log integration into a SIEM, with field mapping and alert rules
• Knows the four managed-settings delivery mechanisms, their precedence, and which settings merge vs. replace
