Oracle Fusion HCM Lead/Consultant

Engagement Type Contract – 6-12 Months

Primary Role

· Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, particularly Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and HCM Security.

· Experience developing and supporting HCM Extracts and third-party inbound and outbound integrations across Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits.

· Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for developing, supporting, monitoring, and troubleshooting inbound and outbound interfaces between Oracle HCM and third-party systems.

· Experience working with REST and SOAP web services, SFTP-based integrations, file processing, data mapping, scheduled integrations, and integration error handling in OIC.

· Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HSDL for employee and HCM data-loading activities.

· Strong experience developing BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, and dashboards, including custom reports and multiple output formats.

· Experience with Oracle HCM Security, including security profiles, custom roles, and user-access configuration.

· Working knowledge of Fast Formula, Descriptive Flexfields, Key Flexfields, Extensible Flexfields, Value Sets, and Lookups.

· Strong technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JSON, and XSLT for reporting, data conversion, transformation, and interface development.

· Experience with data migration, Data Exchange, and integrations between Oracle HCM and external or third-party systems.

· Experience supporting SIT, UAT, production deployments, post-production validation, enhancements, troubleshooting, and Oracle Service Requests.

· Ability to prepare functional design documents, technical design documents, interface specifications, data mappings, and operational support documentation based on business requirements.
