They are seeking a self-driven and adaptable Network Voice Engineer with a focus on high-security, high-availability environments.

The Role

• Support and administer a Cisco Call Manager environment, including MACDs, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Configure and support Microsoft Teams collaboration features (meetings, video, calling).
• Lead patching, upgrades, and asset management for voice and video equipment across multiple networks.
• Monitor, document, and resolve call quality issues and service interruptions.
• Provide evening/weekend maintenance and travel support as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network infrastructure.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of professional voice experience and at least 3 years of overall IT experience.
• Experience with MS Teams voice/video or Cisco CUCM/Webex, plus conference room support.
• Working knowledge of voice technologies (SIP, PRI, POTS, Gateways, Softphones, Fax).
• Experience supporting multi-site environments and end users.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DOE clearance.
