Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large and complex IT projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and delivery strategies.
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, architects, and infrastructure teams.
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior leadership.
• Track project progress, KPIs, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve critical issues proactively.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, forecasts, and overall financial performance.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure effective communication across technical and business teams.
• Manage change requests, scope changes, and project dependencies.
• Ensure projects follow organizational processes, quality standards, and governance requirements.
• Coordinate releases, deployments, testing, and production implementation activities.
• Mentor project team members and promote continuous improvement.
• Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners when required.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong experience managing large-scale and multiple concurrent projects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, estimation, budgeting, and resource management.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management experience.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, software development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with distributed and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
• Experience managing cloud, application modernization, data, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and global teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
