Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 12+ years of IT project management experience to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, stakeholder management, risk management, budgeting, and delivering large-scale IT projects on time and within budget.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience with project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Expertise in Project Scope, Schedule, Budget, Resource, and Risk Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet.
• Ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Experience in vendor management and third-party coordination.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
• Experience preparing project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple enterprise IT projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and vendors.
• Track project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Monitor project financials, budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance, and quality processes.
• Prepare executive-level status reports and project dashboards.
• Drive continuous process improvements and project delivery excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification (Preferred)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Certification (Preferred)
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience managing Digital Transformation, Cloud Migration, or Enterprise Application projects.
• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
