Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Production Manager to support a high-volume marketing operations team that manages approximately 700 projects annually. This role involves coordinating print and marketing production initiatives, ensuring projects move smoothly from creative design through vendor execution and delivery. The successful candidate will join agile-style sprint teams consisting of marketing, creative, and production stakeholders, where success is heavily dependent on project management, organization, and communication.
Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with creative teams and external vendors.

Required Qualifications
Experience: A strong background in project management is the most important qualification. Candidates must have the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. Previous procurement or buying and supplier management experience is also required.
Skills: This role requires organization, communication, and follow-through. Strong skills in Microsoft Word are necessary. The ability to work independently with limited supervision is also required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A background in print production or marketing production.
  • An understanding of print terminology such as bleeds, color specifications, and production processes.
  • Experience working with creative, marketing, and vendor teams.
  • Exposure to agile or sprint-based work environments.
