Recruit, source, and identify qualified candidates for open positions
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Post and manage job openings across recruiting platforms and internal systems
Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
Support new hire orientation and ensure all employment documentation is completed accurately
Provide outstanding customer service to candidates, employees, and client partners
Support onsite workforce operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards
Help create a positive employee experience through engagement and ongoing support
Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, human resources, or administrative support preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Experience with applicant tracking systems; Positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed

Pay Details

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour
