Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced UI Lead Developer with 12–14+ years of experience in frontend development and 2–4+ years of experience leading React.js development teams. 
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, modern UI architecture, and frontend performance optimization.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Define UI architecture, frontend design patterns, coding standards, and reusable component strategies.
Lead and mentor React development teams, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews.
Develop responsive and accessible web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend technologies.
Implement state management solutions using Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or similar tools.
Build reusable components and custom React Hooks to improve code maintainability and reusability.
Required Technical Skills
Required experience: 12–14+ years in UI development, with 2–4+ years leading React teams.
React Required Skills
Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design
Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or other state management tools
React Hooks, component lifecycle, and reusable components
REST APIs and frontend/backend integration
UI performance optimization and debugging
Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress
Git, Webpack/Vite, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong experience in UI architecture and frontend design patterns
Team leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and Agile/Scrum
