Construction Specialist III (Contractor)

Job ID:26-27882 Pay Range: $44 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Join our team as a Construction Specialist III (Contractor), where your primary responsibilities will include overseeing overhead and underground construction duties, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
• You will spend approximately 80% of your time in the field, conducting audits and supporting project coordination efforts.
• Ensure the execution of overhead/underground construction duties, including placing hard-line Connectivity & Platforms, transferring facilities between poles, and operating construction vehicles.
• Investigate and monitor accurate record-keeping concerning project milestones, production logs, material costs, and labor expenditures.
• Instruct work site safety standards and conduct visits to ensure compliance, participating in regular safety meetings.
• Support specialists and the leadership team with project coordination and generate logs and reports on construction activities.
• Review and resolve customer requests and complaints, monitoring the performance of the construction crew against established goals.
• Update job documentation for path verification and act as the primary contractor interface in the field.
• Ensure quality control of the NGAN product throughout the construction process.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Strong coax and fiber construction experience.
• Ability to read design prints is a plus.
• Must be comfortable with 80% field work and 20% computer/office work.
• Willingness to travel as needed, with reliable transportation.
• Availability Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM for troubleshooting/support.
• Experience in network maintenance is a plus.
