Sr. Technical Project Manager - Integrations

This is a highly technical PM role for someone who understands how integrations are designed, developed, implemented, and supported not simply someone who manages schedules and facilitates meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, potentially coming from a background in integration development, software engineering, data engineering, or another hands-on technical discipline, and have transitioned into technical project management.

TOP NON-NEGOTIABLE SKILLS

1. 7+ years of experience in technology, engineering, technical project management, software development, data engineering, integrations, or a related field.
2. Significant experience managing complex technical integrations involving multiple systems, teams, and/or external providers. Ability to understand technical architecture, APIs, data flows, system dependencies, and integration challenges.
3. Experience with AWS and cloud environments.
4. Experience with FinOps, cloud cost governance, or SaaS cost management.
5. Experience supporting SOC 2 or similar compliance initiatives.

WHAT WOULD MAKE THIS HIRE STAND OUT

1. Previous experience as an Integration Developer, Software Engineer, Data Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar technical role.
2. Experience managing technology vendors and SaaS contracts.
3. Experience working in organizations undergoing significant technology transformation or modernization.
4. Experience working with consulting partners and transitioning technology ownership to internal teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Help build and mature a critical integration function.
2. Work across multiple engineering and technology teams.
3. Help transition development capabilities from an external consulting environment (Boston Consulting Group) to internal teams.
4. Establish scalable processes and governance as the organization grows.
