Job Description

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner, or similar product delivery role.
  • Strong experience gathering requirements, creating epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile and SAFe environments, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and PI Planning.
  • Experience managing product backlogs and working closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong business process analysis skills with the ability to translate complex workflows into clear and actionable development requirements.
  • Experience working with distributed/offshore development teams and coordinating across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and requirements clarification skills throughout the SDLC.
  • Experience supporting digital product development, workflow modernization, user journey discussions, and enterprise application transformation initiatives.
