Exposure to Twilio IVR and Insights reporting
Skills needed – 
Seasoned Product Owner  with 10+ years of experience as Technical PO 
Must have skills – 
DB knowledge with hands on SQL skills to handle complex needs 
Familiar with end-to-end Contact Center reporting 
Interpersonal skills with the ability to handle demanding stakeholders 
Ability to convert complex business needs into User Stories with clearly articulated acceptance criteria 
skills – 
Familiar with Twilio Insights with product background  
Familiar with healthcare compliance needs for reporting
